BandTour
Early beta · by invitation

Every show, every tour, everyone in the loop.

BandTour keeps bands, their agents and the venues they play on the same page. Contracts drive the shows, tours plan their own travel days, and the people on the road get tonight's run of show, venue, hotel and everything else they need to know, all in one organized application, on any device.

A web app for any browser, with Apple iOS and Android companion apps for quick reference and push notifications.

This is the BandTour web application on Desktop, iPad and iPhone. (see below for mobile app)

Who it's for
  • Bands that tour and want everyone on the same page
  • Booking agents juggling one or more bands, and all their shows, tours, setlists and staff
  • Band members and crew who just need tonight's details
  • Tour managers who want each venue's details in one place
What it does

Built from running a real touring band and the agency that books it.

Forget spreadsheets, emails, text messages, and all the many ways you use to communicate. Let BandTour control all your communications.

Fully integrated contract, show and tour management. Contracts drive the creation of Shows and Tours for the Bands, and everyone gets to choose how they want to be notified. Band leaders and administrators can update setlists and other show details like accommodations, and everyone chooses what to be notified about.

BandTour puts email, Dropbox, Google Sheets and other common tools TO WORK for you, keeping your organization...Organized.

Planned: Optional AI Features for Agents allow you to create your own Organizational Chat Bot, that knows all about your business, and can actually do things on your behalf. It can be set up to read and answer emails, create and update contracts and shows, and other monotonous tasks......freeing you up to book more shows!

Contracts that drive shows

Draft, in progress and firm set the show's status. Every version and document is kept, and the money is visible only to the people allowed to see it.

Tours that plan themselves

Pick the dates and the travel days, days off and the drive home fill in. Hotels, crew, files and announcements live with the tour, on a map.

Today, for the people on stage

Load-in, set time, Wi-Fi and in-ear mix, contacts, tonight's hotel, tomorrow's drive and the whole "Day Sheet"; all on your phone, even when offline. Swipe to see tomorrow. Turn on push notifications so you are never out of the loop.

In your own calendar

Your personalized calendar from BandTour lives right beside the calendars you already use: Apple Calendar on iPhone and Mac, Google Calendar on Android and the web, Outlook on Windows. No new calendar app to learn. It updates itself, so a new show or a changed time simply appears.

Everyone in the loop

Follow a show, a band or a tour and get an email and a push notification when something changes, plus announcements from the planners. Push messages from BandTour get your attention. Emails from BandTour let you know exactly what changed and who did it. Calendar events from BandTour are rich with details, pretty much everything you need to know that day.

Venues with rules

Most venues don’t want you playing just down the road a few weeks before their date. Each venue carries its own proximity rule: how many miles, for how many days. When a proposed date or a new show lands inside another venue’s radius and window, BandTour flags it before you commit. Every clash sits on one Proximity page, where you can mark the ones the venue has approved.

Setlists, for the bands and shows

Build out setlists using our integrated database of songs, artists, track timings, keys, and tempos. With the ability to make any song your own customized version, and upload your existing setlists from documents to get you started. Get notified when planned setlists are too short or long for the show they get assigned to.

See it on every screen

The office, the tablet and the pocket.

Demo data: four made-up bands on an imaginary arena tour. The venues and hotels are real places, used as scenery.
